Each and every item we receive undergoes rigorous quality inspection before being listed. In addition to our standard quality check, select designer pieces are carefully inspected by trained staff for flaws and signs of authenticity. The items we accept are sorted into the following conditions:

• We measure items laid out flat on a table.
• When measuring, we round to the nearest 1/4 inch.
• For chest measurements, we measure all the way around the torso starting at the armpit seam.
• Waist measurements may not match the size indicated on the tag. Due to the secondhand nature of items, fit can vary after wear and washing.
